Where can I purchase merchandise?
Official Concours merchandise is available for purchase at the Concours Village at the International Tennis Hall of Fame, The Gathering at Rough Point and at the Concours d'Elegance at The Breakers.
Are the events handicap accessible?
Yes, all events are handicap accessible and we can provide parking at most locations. Email executivedirector@audrainconcours.com for further questions.
Are there restrooms at all events?
Yes – every event has restroom facilities available.
Is Wi-fi available?
Public WIFI will be available at the Concours Village located at the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
Where can I find the lost and found?
If any personal items are lost or found, please check with employees at the Ticket Booth located at the entrance to each event.
Are there food options available?
Yes, several food-cart and catering options are available to visitors at each event.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on any Concours shuttle or inside any event venue. Trained service animals are welcomed.
Are strollers allowed on the show field?
Yes, strollers are permitted but please be advised that the terrain may be bumpy and uneven.
How should I dress for each event?
Welcome Dinner Attire: Cocktail, Tie Optional.
The Gathering Attire: Elegant Lawn Party.
Concours d’Elegance Attire: Newport Chic, Blazer Preferred.

What if I have a medical emergency while at an event?
We have Newport Fire Dept on site at all locations.
What if it rains?
All events are held rain or shine. Bring an umbrella!
TICKETING
Where do I collect my tickets at each event?
Will Call will be located at La Forge 10/1 – 10/4 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Tickets for individual events can be purchased at the will call or at the door at each event entrance

Can I get a refund for my tickets if I cannot attend?
Al sales are final and non-refundable

Can I take an Uber or another ride sharing service?
Yes, Ubers and Lyfts are convenient options for those who want to avoid having to find parking or taking a shuttle. We will also have a VIP concierge car service available at certain locations.

Are there shuttle services?
Complimentary shuttles are available to the events from the Audrain Auto Museum – see list of shuttles here
CONCOURS D’ ELEGANCE
When does the show field open on Sunday?
Coffee at the Concours begins at 6:30AM while the General Admission field access begins at 8:30AM.
Is there seating on the show field?
There is seating in and around the concessions tent, and entrants are welcome to bring chairs of their own and/or blankets.
